Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Employer Dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Do you verify candidates?

ScoutForTalent encourages candidates to provide accurate information; however, employers remain responsible for conducting interviews, reference checks, background checks, and verification of qualifications.

What happens if I find a fraudulent profile?

Please report suspicious profiles immediately by emailing inquiry@scoutfortalent.com. Our Trust & Safety team will investigate and take appropriate action.

How do I create a candidate profile?

Register for a Candidate Account, complete your profile, upload your CV, and provide accurate information regarding your education, skills, and work experience.

Is creating a candidate profile free?

Yes. Creating and maintaining a candidate profile on ScoutForTalent is free unless otherwise stated.

How do I apply for jobs?

Browse available opportunities, review job requirements, and submit your application through the platform where applicable.

How do I update my CV or profile?

Log into your account and select "Edit Profile." You can update your CV, employment history, education details, skills, and contact information at any time.

Can employers see all my information?

Only information necessary for recruitment purposes is made available to employers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How can I improve my visibility to employers?

Maintain a complete profile, upload an updated CV, include relevant skills, certifications, and professional experience, and keep your information current.

How do I report a suspicious employer?

If you encounter a suspicious job advertisement or employer, please report it immediately to inquiry@scoutfortalent.com.

Does ScoutForTalent guarantee employment?

No. ScoutForTalent is a technology platform that connects employers and candidates. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

How do I keep my account secure?

Use a strong password, avoid sharing your login credentials, and report any suspicious activity immediately.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Users may request account deletion by contacting inquiry@scoutfortalent.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your refund policy?
